A LEVCOR DEVELOPMENT

Located within Houston's 610 Loop and just north of I-10, 7800 Washington is a unique adaptive re-use development in the heart of the city. The building, a 66,000 square foot red-brick, dock-high warehouse, was built in 1960 and has a rich and storied history of being home to some of Houston's most notable industrial tenants, including The Great Atlantic and Pacific Tea Company, Stewart & Stevenson and Brian Thomas Display and Packaging. The new mixed use project retains the one-of-a-kind character of this beautiful building while updating it with modern amenities and elements. The project opened in Fall 2018 and is home to some of the most creative-minded tenants in Houston across the restaurant, retail, design and real estate development spaces.
